   80% mechanical automation production , providing the low- cost of Energy Storage products.

   Raw material processing, components production, painting, integrated installation, wiring, assembly and commission. We have completed the production chain to provide all-in-one service for your products.

   Standard and large-scale integration workshop, providing huge product integration capacity. 300 energy storage containers can be produced simultaneously.

3.1  DongGuan YangTian Production Base

   From structural design, sheet-metal processing, powder-foam spraying, to general assembly and pv inverters, residential energy storage and C&I energy storage.

3.2  Huizhou YangTian Production Base

   Prefabricated micro-modular data centre FDC, containerised energy storage, containerised inverters, etc.

4.  Technological Innovation and R&D Strength

   More than 60 R&D staff,product programme design, energy storage special container box design, manufacturing to EMS assembly and testing of the whole engineering technology platform and PEBS (Predictive Emergency Brking System) management system.

   New products, new processes, new solutions will be carried out physical prototype validation, the key performance of the product (waterproofing, strength, lifting, transport, etc.) to test, to ensure that the design is in line with the standards and customer needs.

   Covering structural development, strong and weak power design, fire protection design, temperature control design, process design, etc., we have applied for 60+ patents cumulatively. Capable of steel structure simulation, thermal simulation, etc. 10 years of experience in detailed design of prefabricated modular and energy storage containers, with a cumulative total of 500+ types of non-standard equipment container designs.

   We owned BTS quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system certification and BSCI social responsibility certification, all products have passed the international professional organizations of the various performance tests and safety tests,obtained CE,UN38.3, IEC,PSE,UL,MSDS,Rohs.
